This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment while handling check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.

• Operations
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is up to date
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and quality standards
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Customer Service
  • Deliver personalized service aligned with Hyatt brand standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations when possible
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems (preferred)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
