Job Description
The Amara Resort and Spa now seeks energetic team players to join us!
Position Title: Front Desk Supervisor
Shift: Flexible
Day(s) Required: Flexible
Rate of Pay: $21.00/hour
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of three years in a supervisory role in a large hotel/resort
- A minimum of five years experience in guest services (front desk, concierge, PBX, bell, valet)
- Able to problem solve effectively
- Able to interact with team members and guests of all ages/from all around the world
- Able to effectively communicate in spoken and written form
- Flexible schedule
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand at the registration desk for long periods of time
- Able to walk floors as necessary to check rooms, visit guests, etc.
Anticipated Start Date: Two (2) weeks from date of job offer
