We are currently seeking a Tennis Intern who is passionate about the game and eager to gain hands-on experience in a luxury club environment.
Position SummaryThe Tennis Intern will support the daily operations of our premier tennis program while developing professional skills in instruction, guest engagement, and club operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn in a high-end hospitality environment while building a foundation for a career in tennis or recreation management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Tennis Professionals with clinics, lessons, and junior programs
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests on and off the court
- Help organize tournaments, events, and round robins
- Maintain courts and ensure equipment is clean and properly set up
- Support front desk operations including reservations and check-ins
- Engage with members to create a welcoming and memorable experience
- Current or recent student in Hospitality, Recreation, Sports Management, or related field
- Competitive tennis playing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, team-oriented, and service-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in tennis instruction, camps, or club environments
- Interest in pursuing a career as a Tennis Professional or in club management
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 30 lbs)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Hours
Varied from 7am - 11pm, Weekends, Holidays -- Full Time
