Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Ensure automated journal entries are accurately posted to the general ledger daily 
• Resolve exceptions and edit revenue mapping in partnership with operating units 
• Assist in launching automated Revenue Integration processes across operating units 
• Trace transactions from point-of-sales to general ledger to troubleshoot variances 
• Apply governance policies to support effective automation and standardization 
• Escalate material variances and communicate with appropriate teams to correct dataflow deficiencies 
• Verify credit card gateway data flows successfully and resolve any exceptions and errors promptly 

More about you

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, accounting, or related field required  
• Experience in financial systems, data science, or accounting information systems required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Blackline or similar reconciliation software 
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and revenue accounting 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
