Guy Harvey Resort – St. Augustine Beach, Florida
St. Augustine Resorts, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager for the Guy Harvey Resort in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.
This is not a caretaker position. We are looking for a true full-service hotel operator who can elevate the entire property, strengthen the guest experience, lead the team with confidence, and bring renewed operational discipline to one of Florida’s most recognizable beachfront lifestyle resorts.

The right candidate must understand that this property is more than a hotel on the beach. It is a branded resort experience connected to the ocean, the local community, environmental stewardship, outdoor adventure, and the artwork and legacy of Dr. Guy Harvey.
Position Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for the full operational, financial, cultural, and guest-service performance of the resort. This individual must be hands-on, highly visible, financially disciplined, and capable of leading both rooms and food-and-beverage operations at a high level.
We are especially interested in candidates with a strong food-and-beverage background who understand how to build local relevance, improve outlet performance, manage cost controls, elevate service, and create a consistent guest experience across the entire property.
