The OSE Buyer & Procurement Operations Manager is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing Operating

Supplies & Equipment (OSE) across hotel operations and project openings. This role serves as the primary OSE buyer

while also providing procurement analytics, financial coordination, and process support to ensure accurate, compliant, and

cost-effective purchasing. The position additionally provides project-based support for FF&E purchasing and close-out

documentation during hotel openings, renovations, or capital improvement projects. OSE procurement is the core focus of the

role; FF&E support is episodic and coordinated in partnership with project managers and designers.

This role is considered hybrid with a schedule of both remote work and in-office work in Fairfax, Virginia.
