About the Role

As a Room Attendant at Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Airport, you're the reason guests walk into a fresh, welcoming room and feel right at home. Your attention to detail and pride in your work directly shape the guest experience — and we don't take that for granted.

What You'll Do

• Clean and inspect guest rooms to brand standards — making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting

• Restock your cart and flag anything running low to your supervisor

• Report any room damage or maintenance needs promptly

• Handle any guest concerns with patience and professionalism

• Pitch in and support teammates to get the job done right

What We're Looking For

• Someone who takes pride in doing quality work — quickly and consistently

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Friendly and professional with guests and teammates alike

• A true team player who's willing to jump in where needed

• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards (or willingness to learn)
