We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team and keep our hotel operating at its best. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of maintenance, safety, and property operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.

You’ll partner closely with hotel leadership while leading and developing your team, driving preventative maintenance programs, and managing projects that enhance the overall property.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team
• Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and property operations
• Ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities are operating safely and efficiently
• Drive and manage a strong preventative maintenance program
• Coordinate and execute property improvement projects
• Partner with the General Manager and Operations leadership to support overall hotel performance
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and brand standards

• 3–4 years of engineering leadership experience (hotel experience strongly preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs
• Ability to lead a team, prioritize effectively, and solve problems quickly
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Required licenses/certifications as applicable
• High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
