Now Hiring: Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will help ensure our property remains safe, clean, and fully operational for guests and staff. Will consider full and PT position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel

• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections

• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records

• Assist with room repairs, painting, carpentry, and landscaping as needed

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
