Full-Time

Do you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and leading teams to success? We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

In this role, you’ll lead and support our housekeeping team while ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand and cleanliness standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoy motivating others, and have a passion for service excellence, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and support housekeeping team members in daily operations
  • Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
  • Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and team development
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service needs
  • Conduct room inspections and maintain quality assurance standards
  • Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment
  • Help manage labor and operational expenses while maintaining service excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout shift
