Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time People Operations Coordinator to work at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. As People Operations Coordinator, you will be working within the people team to deliver all major events at Wembley Stadium to achieve a culture of high engagement, connection, growth, and world-class guest service excellence. Please note: This role is operational and therefore full-time on-site presence, including evening and weekend availability for events, is essential.

What will you do?

  • Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process of team members, as well as workforce planning and resources for all events and meetings, planning the right resources, skills, and experience to meet operational and fiscal briefs
  • Lead a high performing team, guiding event-day people team members, proactively achieving a culture of high engagement, productivity, and guest service excellence
  • Analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to support business needs and goals
  • Manage payroll processing, following company protocol for processing, reporting, raising queries
  • Ensure the operation, including agency team members, complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, and maintains Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More about you

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role and workforce

  • Knowledge or ability to use an HR or Workforce management system, including accessing, inputting, and compiling data

  • Skills in organisation, prioritisation, time management, communication, customer service, and relationship building

Physical requirements

  • Ability to travel and work at Wembley Stadium, and possibly other venues as necessary
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
