Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Conduct performance reviews, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service

Support for Youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth, Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

Supervision: More than 20 people

Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
