AM Food Runner

Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage

Salary: $15 an hour, plus tips

Fouquet’s New York is looking for a motivated AM Food Runner to support the breakfast and lunch service periods. This position ensures the food is delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with Fouquet’s service standards.

Responsibilities: 

  • Run food from the kitchen to the correct table and seat.
  • Confirm dishes, modifiers, and allergies before delivery.
  • Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and guest needs.
  • Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen, servers, and managers.
  • Assist with opening duties, polishing, stocking, and setup.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Follow all health, safety, and service standards.

Requirements: 

  • Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player with good communication skills
