This leader must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards 

Requirements:  

• 2+ years’ of food and beverage supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment 
• Hyatt brand experience is beneficial 
• Banquet and Catering background preferred 
• Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation 
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution 
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
• Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently 
• T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certified 
• Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

$20.00 per hour
