Looking for a motivated and qualified General Manager for our Residence Inn in Gilbert, Arizona. Must have 3-5 years of GM experience, Marriott experience is not required but helpful. The property is located next to Banner Hospital off of Higley Boulevard. It was fully renovated in September 2024 and currently runs an extremely high occupancy. We have great stability with our staff with some working at the property for over 10 years. We would like a GM that can develop a culture of team involvement and delivery of exceptional service. Understanding that our guests and team are our greatest asset!

Rusty's philosophy is "to care of your staff and they will take care of you and your hotels." Rusty has worked with some of his staff for over 25 years.
