The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Catering Attendants to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Catering Attendant you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. This is a seasonal position.  The football season begins in August and ends in January.

Pay

$15.00 – $15.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Set up buffet lines following the banquet event orders
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly; replenish buffet line food as needed
  • Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
  • Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
  • Break down the event according to company procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

More about you

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
  • Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
