This is the top front office position in the hotel. Responsible for front office operations. Includes responsibility for most or all of the following: bell stand, reservations, concierge and/or PBX. Typically a single incumbent position at a full-service hotel, including resorts.

Not available or used in select service / focused service hotels.

Position has multiple direct reports.
