The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team who support a culture where our team members thrive.

What will you do?

  • Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members
  • Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
  • Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members
  • Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required
  • Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information

More about you

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus
  • No experience or diploma required
