Line Cook

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, creating great food, and being part of a fun, supportive team? We're looking for a motivated Line Cook who takes pride in delivering quality meals and exceptional guest experiences.

As a Line Cook, you'll work alongside our culinary team to prepare delicious menu items, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and help ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
• Prep ingredients including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning products
• Assist with breakfast, dinner, appetizers, desserts, and special menu items
• Plate food attractively and accurately
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Properly store food and monitor inventory levels
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous cooking experience preferred (minimum one year)
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Culinary training or vocational education is a plus, but not required
