The Role: What You’ll Do
This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. As a Hotel Management Intern, you will rotate through key operational departments to understand the heartbeat of our hotel. You’ll work alongside department heads and gain hands-on leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Office & Guest Relations: Master the art of the first impression. Assist with check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and VIP services.
* Housekeeping & Operations: Learn the logistics behind maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, room inspections, and * inventory management.
* Shadowing Leadership: Attend management meetings, learn about budgeting, scheduling, and labor management, and assist with a capstone project aimed at improving hotel efficiency.
Who You Are
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who genuinely love hospitality.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* A people person with exceptional communication skills and a natural knack for problem-solving.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep a cool head under pressure.
* Flexible schedule (hospitality never sleeps, so some weekend, evening, or holiday shifts may be required).
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurants is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!
