Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and beauty of our building, from bricks to HVAC, through both preventative maintenance and swift, effective repairs.
• Take pride in our grounds and facilities, keeping them pristine and welcoming.
• Handle a variety of tools and power equipment safely and efficiently—your skills ensure the safety and comfort of all.
• Address plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, and electrical needs with expertise and a proactive approach.
• Quickly prioritize and tackle maintenance issues to enhance our guest's experience, ensuring their stay is nothing short of spectacular.
• Seamlessly collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure all maintenance needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Provide empathetic and immediate responses to guest concerns, enhancing their experience and ensuring their comfort.
• Uphold our hotel’s high professional standards in all your interactions and duties.
• Be a knowledgeable resource on hotel emergency procedures, ready to act swiftly and inform guests during unexpected situations.
• If applicable, responsibly manage house bank transactions with precision and integrity.

Experience & Education

• Bring your 2+ years of maintenance experience—hotel or facility background preferred.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary to join our team.
• Electrical and/or plumbing certifications will put you at the forefront.
• A valid driver’s license expands your range of capabilities within our operations.

Communication & Physical Capabilities

• Exceptional verbal and written skills are key—fluency in the primary language of our workplace is essential.
• Be prepared for an active role where standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally are part of your daily routine.
