Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

  • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance

  • Respond to guest requests for repairs

  • Maintain safety standards and equipment logs

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of building systems and repairs

  • Ability to work on-call or flexible hours

  • Prior hotel or facility maintenance experience preferred
