We are looking for a Full-time Front Desk – Mixed 1st & 2nd Shifts, weekdays and weekends

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
• Answer phone calls, make and confirm reservations with enthusiasm.
• Assist guests with special requests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
• Offer friendly and professional customer service that mirrors the warmth of Allentown itself.
