The Role

As the friendly face guests see first and remember last, you’ll be the heartbeat of our golf operation — greeting members and guests, handling clubs and carts with care, and keeping our practice facilities and courses running like a well-oiled swing. What You’ll Be Doing

• Roll out the welcome mat — greeting members and guests with genuine Texas hospitality upon arrival and departure.
• Handle golf bags and equipment with care, loading and unloading like a pro.
• Tag, transport, and store bags in the bag room.
• Prep, clean, and stage golf carts for a flawless day on the links.
• Keep carts charged, clean, and ready to roll.
• Clean clubs so every swing starts sharp.
• Support our practice facilities, from range upkeep to ball collection.
• Assist with rental clubs — distribution, cleaning, and storage.
• Keep our equipment and storage areas spotless and secure.
• Lend a hand during tournaments, group outings, and special golf events.
• Spot and report any cart or equipment issues before they become problems.
• Deliver hospitality that turns first-time guests into lifelong members.
• Pitch in wherever Golf Operations leadership needs you most.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• At least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no moving violations in the past three years).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfort working outdoors through the full range of Texas weather.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move golf bags and equipment.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible scheduling.

Preferred

• Previous experience in golf, hospitality, country clubs, or resorts — a bonus, not a must.
• Familiarity with golf operations and etiquette.
• A positive attitude, polished appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Comfort working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
