KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Trailblazer: Step up as our maintenance crew captain! Lead the charge, hand out projects like a pro, and keep every day running smoother than a freshly oiled gear—all with your winning grin.
• Maintenance Marvel: Dive fearlessly into preventative maintenance missions, answer guest calls on the double, conquer work orders, and flaunt your superhero skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and beyond!
• Safety Superhero: Keep our property safe and sound—tackle every task with lightning speed, sound the alarm at the first sign of trouble, and zap away hazards before they even know what hit them.
• Team Cheerleader: Rally your engineering all-stars, juggle schedules like a circus master, and inspire your crew to be their absolute best every single shift.
• Guest Happiness Guru: Respond to guest room fixes at record speed and sprinkle every interaction with positivity, making their stay unforgettable.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
