The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Suites Supervisors to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

What will you do?

Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
Assist with training new front-of-house suite team members for events
Oversee set up and breakdown procedures for suites before and after the event
Answer any questions guests may have regarding suite service and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

More about you

Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
Strong knowledge of food and wine
Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
No college degree required

Physical requirements

Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
