We're looking for an energetic, creative, and business-savvy Director of Food & Beverage to lead every aspect of our dining experience, including the vibrant Lucha Rosa and the neighborhood favorite Rosa's Diner.

What You'll Lead
You'll oversee the entire food and beverage operation, setting the tone for service, culture, and profitability across multiple outlets while partnering closely with hotel leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience. This role is a hands on Director role.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading all food and beverage operations throughout the hotel, including Lucha Rosa, Rosa's Diner, bars, catering, and special events.
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing a team that delivers memorable hospitality every day.
- Creating an engaging culture where accountability, creativity, and guest satisfaction thrive.
- Driving revenue while effectively managing labor, food cost, beverage cost, and operating expenses.
- Partnering with the Executive Chef to introduce fresh ideas, seasonal menus, promotions, and memorable events.
- Elevating service standards while maintaining exceptional food quality and operational consistency.
- Monitoring financial performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies that improve profitability.
- Building relationships with guests, local businesses, and community partners to strengthen the hotel's presence.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
Who You Are
You're more than an operator—you create experiences.
You understand that successful restaurants are built on exceptional hospitality, motivated teams, and disciplined financial management. You're visible, approachable, and never afraid to jump in when the business demands it.
You'll be successful if you have:
- 5+ years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience in hotels, upscale restaurants, or lifestyle hospitality concepts.
- Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets.
- A proven history of increasing revenue, controlling costs, and improving guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
- Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor, and inventory.
- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.
- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
