Position Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and assigned public areas in accordance with hotel standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Typical duties include cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, maintaining public areas, and responding courteously to guest requests.

Essential Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces
Vacuum, dust, sweep, and maintain assigned areas
Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items
Maintain housekeeping carts and supply inventory
Ensure guest privacy, security, and confidentiality
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
Support team members and assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications
Previous housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
