What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet our guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a memorable evening
• Serve a variety of dinner and beverage options with efficiency and care
• Maintain a clean, inviting dining area that feels welcoming and comfortable
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure smooth, seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with proactive, friendly service
• Handle transactions accurately while adhering to Hilton’s high standards

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year of server experiencein a restaurant setting: You have hands-on experience providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You’re familiar with restaurant operations, and you know how to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Exceptional communication skills
• A positive, energetic attitude: You love interacting with people and are always ready to greet guests with a smile. Your energy is contagious, and you know how to brighten someone's day, whether it's a first-time guest or a regular customer.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service: You have a good understanding of how to serve food and drinks correctly, including any health and safety protocols, and are capable of memorizing the menu to offer knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
• A passion for hospitality: Above all, you genuinely care about providing top-notch service and ensuring guests leave with a smile. You're driven by the desire to go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for others.
