In this role you will: 

Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, create an exceptional culinary experience for our guests through the preparation and presentation of high-quality foods from our menu, serving, and bartending while ensuring guest satisfaction.  You will play a key role in contributing to the future look and feel of a guest culinary experience.  You will be responsible for monthly inventories, closing nightly paperwork, and overseeing the team.  

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a luxury brand or hotel setting 
  • Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
  • Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
  • Micro POS experience
