About the Role

As a Houseperson, you'll be an essential part of our Housekeeping TEAM, helping create the clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment our guests expect.

This is a hands-on, active role where you'll support Room Attendants, maintain guest and public areas, keep linens and supplies stocked, and respond to guest requests. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit for you.

Pay: $20.74 per hour

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hallways, public areas, restrooms, service areas, and other assigned spaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and clean floors, carpets, furniture, walls, and other surfaces
• Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and service areas
• Stock housekeeping closets and floor pantries with clean linens and necessary supplies
• Maintain and replenish housekeeping carts
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, linens, and other requested items to guest rooms
• Assist Room Attendants and perform room-cleaning duties when needed
• Move furniture and mattresses as necessary for cleaning
• Walk assigned floors throughout the shift to keep hallways and service areas clean and organized
• Report lost and found items, damages, maintenance concerns, or other issues to Housekeeping leadership
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Work independently while supporting the overall Housekeeping TEAM

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel, housekeeping, janitorial, or similar experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work a flexible evening schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
