What You'll Do

As a Valet Attendant, you will:

• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood to confidently answer guest questions and provide local recommendations for places of interest.
• Handle guest complaints, questions, and requests efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Ensure hotel van(s) are clean, in good condition, and have adequate gasoline at all times.
• Provide prompt, safe, and secure transportation for guests and their belongings to and from predetermined locations.
• Deliver attentive, welcoming service that contributes to a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Assist other hotel departments based on business demands and hotel needs.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a hotel brand environment or similar transportation role is ideal; however, we are willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training and developing our TEAM into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a clean driving record and a valid, current, and non-probationary driver's license from the state in which the property is located.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different types of personalities.
• Sound judgment and discretion, with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Schedule flexibility, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
