Lead an Icon in Green Bay

First Hospitality is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection, a landmark property in the heart of downtown Green Bay.

Hotel Northland is more than a hotel. It is part of the fabric of the community, blending nearly a century of history, timeless character, vibrant food and beverage experiences, and the individuality of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. This is an opportunity to lead a hotel with a story, a personality, and a strong connection to the city it calls home.

As General Manager, you’ll have the freedom to lead the business, inspire a talented team, build meaningful relationships in the Green Bay community, and create experiences guests remember long after they leave.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the overall performance, culture, and strategic direction of the hotel.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team and engaged associate culture.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Elevate the hotel’s rooms, food and beverage, meetings, events, and local presence.
• Build strong partnerships with First Hospitality, Marriott, ownership, and the Green Bay community.
• Protect the character and legacy of Hotel Northland while continuing to move the property forward.

Who We’re Looking For

You are an experienced full-service hotel leader who understands that great hotels are built on equal parts people, performance, and personality.

You bring strong financial and commercial instincts, a passion for food and beverage and guest experience, and a visible leadership style that energizes teams.

Prerequisite

• 5+ years of hotel management experience.

Marriott, Autograph Collection, lifestyle, boutique, or upper-upscale experience is highly valued.

Most importantly, you want to lead a hotel that has a soul, not simply operate one.
