The Bistro is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages.  

*2-3 AM(morning) shifts per week

Responsibilities: As Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for serving menu items and/or beverages to guests, continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. 

Requirements: 

• Previous work experience in is ideal, but willing to train food service professionals looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment 
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions 
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues 
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices 
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures 
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service even during peak dining hour 
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently 
• Barista experience is preferred, but not required 
• Cashier duties 

Compensation $16.00 per hour + tips
