Delaware North UK is hiring a part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be leading the team in service excellence, ensuring first-class experiences for guests. What will you do?

  • Lead the team in their daily duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Assist managers with highlighting areas of operational improvement, managing staffing levels in line with budget goals and business needs, as well as the training, development, and counselling of team members
  • Ensure appropriate stock of all required products and supplies
  • Greet guests positively and manage their feedback appropriately
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More about you

  • No degree required
  • 1+ years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel or high-end environment
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment
  • Skills in leadership, training, written and verbal communication, organisation, customer service, basic maths, and basic computer skills

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
