Opportunity: General Manager

Larkspur Landing Bellevue is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and strategy within the high-demand Pacific Northwest tech corridor. We need a leader who understands the complexities of the extended-stay model and can drive performance through corporate sales and operational precision. You will manage the full P&L while maintaining strong ownership relations. Your focus includes developing a stable service team and optimizing local accounts.   • Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

Your Background and Skills

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous hotel management experience required.

For paid sick leave, employees receive 5 sick days (40 hours) annually. Full-time employees are eligible for pay for 7 observed holidays.
