About the Opportunity

Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans French Quarter offers an exciting opportunity for an accomplished General Manager to lead a dynamic property in one of the country's most vibrant hospitality markets. We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded leader who knows how to inspire teams, elevate the guest experience, and drive strong operational and financial performance.

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the hotel's operations, financial results, guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and strategic direction. What You'll Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction for hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the executive leadership team and hotel associates.
• Drive financial performance, including revenue, profitability, labor management, and expense controls.
• Partner closely with Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management to maximize hotel performance and market share.
• Maintain strong guest satisfaction and associate engagement scores.
• Build relationships within the New Orleans business, tourism, and community markets.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, company policies, and all applicable regulations.
• Analyze operating results and develop strategies to improve performance and profitability.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a highly visible ambassador for the hotel and the Canopy brand.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager at a branded hotel
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving guest satisfaction scores
• Strong operational command across rooms and hotel support functions
• Hilton brand experience (Hilton Garden Inn or comparable Hilton brand) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
