Make Your Mark in Nashville Hospitality

The Harthall Hotel is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving group, corporate, leisure, and local business while building meaningful relationships throughout the Nashville market.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Identify, solicit, and secure new business across corporate, group, SMERF, social, government, and leisure segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, meeting planners, travel professionals, and community organizations.
  • Create new connections in the vibrant new and upcoming WEHO neighborhood in Nashville.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, networking events, hotel tours, and presentations to generate new business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through contracting and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a strong account base while consistently identifying opportunities to increase production.
  • Partner with the General Manager and hotel leadership team to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Work and colloborate closely with the Nashville sales cluster leadership.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless guest and group experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local demand to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the Harthall Hotel at community events, trade shows, industry functions, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Create memorable client experiences that turn first-time customers into long-term hotel partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nashville corporate, group, and local business market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to generating business.
  • Comfortable making sales calls, networking, and developing new accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hotel operations and leadership.
  • Hospitality experience required.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest and client experiences.

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
