Responsibilities:
  • Create an unforgettable guest experience at our restaurants and cafe
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a top-notch team of restaurant and cafe staff
  • Develop efficient schedules to optimize service and control labor expenses
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency to maintain high standards
  • Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Drive brand promotion through community engagement and special events
  • Produce detailed reports on financial performance and assist with budgeting
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year  experience in F&B management
  • Track record of fostering a positive work environment and promoting exceptional guest service
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage with the ability to educate and inform
  • Dedication to training and developing team members
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership and financial management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
