The Boardwalk Beach Resort is looking for a full-time/part-time Front Desk Reservationist to serve as our guests' first contact who come from all around the world to enjoy our ocean front amenities. As a Front Desk Reservationist one of your responsibilities will be registering guests, managing reservations and providing information on our rooms and rates. If you thrive in providing superior customer service we'd like you to apply and join our team today!

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our resort to guests throughout their stay
  • Registering guests
  • Assignment of rooms
  • Accommodating special requests
  • Maintaining inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Coordinate room status with housekeeping department
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests in a timely manner
  • Manage guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Other duties as assigned
