Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and assigned areas
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, countertops, and other surfaces
• Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Maintain clean and organized housekeeping carts and work areas
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues
• Report lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures
• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping TEAM and other hotel departments
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Friendly and professional with a passion for cleanliness and guest service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong English communication skills and ability to read and follow workplace instructions
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
