About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, coach and develop team members, and maintain high standards across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies.

What You’ll Do- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the housekeeping team
- Oversee daily cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure Marriott brand standards and cleanliness expectations are consistently met
- Monitor room quality, productivity, supplies, and department performance
- Work closely with Front Office and other departments to support a smooth guest experience
- Address guest and team member concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain proper safety, chemical handling, and sanitation practices
- 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, preferably with a branded or luxury hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning products, proper storage, and safety procedures
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- $62,000–$67,000 annual salary
