The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Bell Attendant to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Bell Attendant, you will support day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guests have everything they need during their stay.

Pay

$22.50 – $22.50 / hour

What will you do?

  • Greet and assist guests with luggage at check-in and check-out, and show them to their room
  • Explain room features, such as locks, ventilation systems, and the television, to guests
  • Provide guests with local information, recommendations, and directions
  • Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation terminals.
  • Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles when required

More about you

  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift moderate amounts of weight
