Description
We are hiring a Concierge Attendant!
As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the breakfast area.
- Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
- Keep the area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality, concierge, lounge attendant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
- Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
