Delaware North is hiring a full-time Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting organic growth, website performance, and guest engagement across the Delaware North Parks and Resorts portfolio by creating, optimizing, and maintaining digital content. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $69,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Write engaging, guest-focused content for websites, landing pages, campaigns, emails, blogs, destination guides, FAQs, itineraries, and other digital experiences 
  • Adapt messaging across multiple brands while maintaining consistent voice, tone, and brand standards 
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, marketers, and stakeholders to create integrated storytelling across digital channels 
  • Edit, proofread, and maintain content to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and compliance with editorial standards 
  • Manage editorial calendars, content governance, templates, and website updates across multiple properties and platforms 
  • Optimize content for search performance using SEO and AEO best practices, including keyword strategy, metadata, internal linking, structured content, and search intent alignment 
  • Analyze content performance and conduct audits to identify opportunities for improved engagement, search visibility, traffic, and conversion 
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and content teams to implement data-driven enhancements and support ongoing optimization initiatives across the portfolio 

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, hospitality, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing, website content, or SEO 
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, keyword research, and Answer Engine Optimization  
  • Experience working with content management systems and digital content publishing 
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar analytics, and SEO or AEO tools 
  • Experience using AI-assisted content creation and productivity tools to improve efficiency while maintaining editorial quality 
  • Basic understanding of web accessibility, UX writing principles, and HTML preferred 
  • Hospitality, travel, tourism, or destination marketing experience preferred
