About the Role: As an HVAC Technician you will maintain and repair all HVACR and refrigeration equipment at The Lodge of the Four Seasons. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, PM programming and ice machines.

Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all HVACR and refrigeration equipment at The Lodge of the Four Seasons. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, PM programming and ice machines. 

• Responsible for all refrigerators, freezers, and coolers
• Responsible for all air conditioners and heaters
• Responsible for all stoves, ovens, fryers, griddles, etc. 
• Responsible for all ice machines 
• Areas of responsibilities includes The Lodge of the Four Seasons, all restaurants
• Must maintain adequate inventory for emergency situations
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment along with all other maintenance/engineering personnel
• Responsible for preventative maintenance work in rooms, motors, and related equipment 
• Must help maintenance whenever possible (general maintenance, carpentry, electrical work, etc.) 
• Complete essential paperwork to track refrigerant usage 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Type I and II Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certificate Program
• Current valid driver's license
