About Us
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to accuracy and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and requests
  • Balance and reconcile the day's transactions, post charges, and run end-of-day reports
  • Complete the nightly audit and roll the system over to the next business day
  • Prepare daily financial summaries and deposits for the accounting team
  • Monitor property security, respond to alarms or incidents, and complete regular walk-throughs
  • Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and late arrivals or no-shows
  • Prepare breakfast service areas and assist with light morning setup as needed
  • Document shift notes and communicate any issues to the incoming morning team

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort with property management systems or willingness to learn
  • Clear, friendly communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision
  • Availability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
