The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Group is searching for a full-time or part-time Bar Supervisor for the Diamond Room in San Diego, California. $29.00 – $29.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
- Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
- Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
- Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
- Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
More about you
- 2 years of experience leading and managing a team
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs occasionally
