About the Role

As a Kitchen Utility, you will be a vital member of our ROCKSTAR TEAM, supporting the kitchen and culinary team by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and efficiency.

You will play an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and ready for use. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to cleanliness will contribute directly to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, dishes, utensils, and storage areas in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation throughout the shift
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and kitchen supplies
• Properly sort and remove trash and recycling, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans and other designated areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other kitchen surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas
• Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and cleaning tools
• Assist other kitchen team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Full-time availability required
• Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills and ability to read, write, and understand workplace instructions

Pay: $16.00 per hour
