Activities Attendant at The Abbey Resort
Compensation: $12.00 to $13.00 per hour, Full-Time

Job Type: Full and Part Time, Hourly

Rate of Pay: $12-$13

What You'll Do

  • Lead and facilitate engaging recreational activities and events for children, families, and resort guests.
  • Supervise children ages 4-12 in a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions and promoting resort activities, amenities, and facility locations.
  • Process activity reservations, equipment rentals, and payments accurately while handling cash transactions responsibly.
  • Monitor recreation facilities, including pool areas, arcade, cinema, and children's activity spaces, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce recreation and pool safety rules, identifying and addressing potential hazards while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Assist with the setup, organization, and maintenance of recreation equipment, supplies, and activity areas.

What You Bring

  • Previous recreation, hospitality, childcare, or guest service experience preferred.
  • A friendly, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working around pools and recreation facilities while maintaining safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification preferred.
